At Spartan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
